How to properly backup zmud?

Hello all,

I was wondering which ZMud setting files should I copy in order to keep regular backups of all my chars, muds, databases, etc... on a single ZMud installation. I want to keep regular backups but, call me perfectionist, do it efficiently without copying unnecessary files.

Best regards,
Nashua

In folder ZMUD
char.mdb //Char and connection info
reciept.txt //Contains Zmud Key and other license info

In folder MUDNAME
*.* //All files and folders

.mdb = Map files
.zfg = map config files
.mud = mud settings file
.dbd = Zmud Database file
