Lock layout/toolbars, etc
 
ZMud used to have an option to lock the layout so you couldnt accidentally move things around. is this option still in CMUD?

Currently it is not. What I do to prevent such an occurrence is to make a backup of my layout to restore from if it ever gets changed.
