[1.05] Special Characters

In Zmud, special characters could be disabled in the view<preferences but some how I can't seem to find it in Cmud. I need to disable the ! sign since my mud uses it for special commands. Thanks!

Click on settings
Click on your root window
Under the convert to module button click preferences
Click on the scripting option
Select the Special characters tab. |

Or, just click the Prefs button in the main toolbar and then go to the Scripting section and then the Special Characters tab.

on the mud that i play... in the note editor you need to use the "." to edit things
ie ".s" is the show string so far command
".d" is the delete command
i can not disable the "." so i can use it for something other than speedwalking

There are problems changing preferences in 1.05. Should be fixed in 1.06. And instead of disabling the "." you should change it to something else so that you can still use the speedwalking features. But 1.05 has several bugs regarding saving changes to the preferences.
