Random Trigger Failure

I have been having trouble with random trigger patterns failing to fire since upgrading to Zmud 7.20A. I thought it to be just a fluke with the upgrade, but the problem has been persisting despite my best efforts. I upgraded to 7.21, but the problem continued. I tried to reload the settings, I disabled large sections ofmy system at a time to see if the problem lay therein, and looked around the forums/FAQs without success.

Examples of pattern lines that, though they fire 9 times out of 10, will simply fail at random times:

"You have recovered balance on all limbs."
"You may drink another health or mana elixir."
"You may eat another bit of irid moss."
And room names such as:
"Stiff Turn."
"At the Gates of Cyrene."
etc.

This is making combat, autowalking, and just generally, life, a big pain in the butt, so any advice or suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated.

There's really only three times that a trigger will fail:

1)the trigger wasn't written correctly (ie, wrong type, wrong options, etc)
2)settings corruption or syntax errors (not necessarily in the problematic trigger)
3)extreme rates of scroll (if there's a lot of scroll with a lot of triggers firing all at once, ZMud sometimes can't process a line fast enough to apply any changes to it, even with the superfast lightning speed of recent ZMud versions.)
