Im having problem trying to bring up the character sample.
The help says to click on the character sample icon but I cant
fine it. Thanks. |

It should be in the Character Database window (the first one that appears after the splash screen when you open ZMud), but assuming that I have a mostly default character database file it looks like Zugg may have taken it out. More likely, however, that at some point in the past I deleted it. Currently I only have the support forums, faq, and license agreement icons plus the specific game icons from companies who paid to have them there.

I got them. What I did is to delete the startup.ini. Now I have the sample icon as well the other you mentioned in your message. Thanks.

Is that the case? Did Zugg take that out of the character database? I can't bring it up either :(

I haven't touched the Sample files, and I don't have any way to magically remove your character icons remotely. The only way to get rid of the Sample icon is if you delete it yourself. I've tested a new installation and all of the sample files are all still there.
