This pops up a window saying it detected a trigger loop error

Loop about 30 times. but then I am also at this mess for the rest of the time until i log off and on again.

Any ideal on what is causing the looping issue

The reason you have the trigger loop is because the Messages window probably has a checkmark next to this package in the window's advanced properties. Essentially, this trigger fires, sends the line to Messages via #CAPTURE and then fires again on the line that got printed there.
