How do I change the current active session in a package to a different session that I want to be active?

The active session is merely the one that has command focus. To change focus, simply click on any of the windows/tabs associated with that session. Scriptwise, the #WINDOW command that only uses the name of such a window will send focus to that window (and thus to that session).
