[3.32] %roomkey

The help file for %roomkey says:
Quote:
If no parameter is supplied it returns the key for the currently selected room.

When i think of something being selected, in terms of the mapper, I think of a room I click on that becomes highlighted by a red border (with default settings). The information in the room properties window, is for the highlighted room so that is the selected room. So, if I am in Room A and two rooms west is Room C. I would expect that if I clicked on/highlighted Room C, then typed #show %roomkey, the key for Room C to be displayed. This isn't exactly the way the function currently works. #show %roomkey with no parameters, returns the key for the room your marker is currently in regardless of what room you actually have selected on the map.

I hope this is a bug, but if not I guess the help file should be edited to indicate the the function with no parameters will return the key for the room your marker is currently in rather than the selected room.

I'll update the help file. *All* mapper functions and commands use the current Location value when no argument is supplied. This is no longer tied to the mapper user interface with the selected room. This change was made when the #LOCATION stuff was added to support multiple location markers on the map. The #WITHLOC command can be used to select which location to be used with the scripts within it (temporarily changes the current #LOC for the script).

You can also use the syntax ":locname" to use a specific location name whenever a room key argument is needed.

There are probably several areas in the docs that need to be updated to reflect these kind of changes. If you find any other topics that need updating, post them here too.
