Triggers firing multiple times?

I have 3 windows...

- My main output window which has the network connection
- My Chat output window-- the main window has a #CAP trigger that writes to this window
- My mapper window

For some reason, my #CAP trigger is firing multiple times, so whenever anybody says something which would get directed to "Chat", it gets written twice instead of once.

Any idea what would cause this?

Thanks in advance.

Note that this doesn't always happen I just noticed... here is the trigger pattern (regex) and the output in my Chat window:

^(.+) (?:says?|asks?)(?: in|with|to)?(?: .+)?, "(.+)"$

Chat window looks like this:

(secret clan): You say, "Hehe."
(secret clan): You say, "Hehe."
(Market): Achdemdredon says, "Purchasing health superfills, send tells please."
(Market): Achdemdredon says, "Purchasing health superfills, send tells please."
(Market): Lavinia says, "All that glitters isn't gold! There's silver, platinum and gems too! Enchanted Whisper Jewelry! Ad 97!"
(Market): Lavinia says, "All that glitters isn't gold! There's silver, platinum and gems too! Enchanted Whisper Jewelry! Ad 97!"
A Tsol'aa archer says, "The forest is so lovely, deep and green."
(Market): Daje says, "Seeking resurrection for the most honourable, Dracot."
(Market): Daje says, "Seeking resurrection for the most honourable, Dracot."
The executive officer says, "Sheering to the south, Captain!"
The executive officer says, "Casting off, Captain!"
The executive officer says, "Bringing her to the south-southeast, Captain!"
The executive officer says, "Bringing her to the southeast, Captain!"

Notice that some of the messages are only appearing once, but others twice.
