[3.03a] Toggling the enable/disable portal checkbox
 
With the new use of %portalenable() to toggle the enable/disable state for the entire portal set, the result of the function call should be reflected in the Portals dialog box by setting the checkbox to the proper state. At this time, there is no way to tell if the portal set has been enabled/disabled programmatically by viewing this setting. In fact, if an individual state is modified via the function, the individual checkbox for the portal should also reflect this action.

it is, but window refreshes on opening so you cannot monitor it by keeping it open
