Bring focus to map

Hello,
After searching for ages I have another question. I have my map docked behind a child window and I have the check box for 'bring to front window with activity' in preferences. This works fine for the most part but occasionally means my map is hidden.
So is there a way to bring the map to the front again by entering a something into the command line or by scripting a macro or do I have to use the mouse?

CTRL-M is the keyboard shortcut for the mapper
