Another question...
Installing either one of these gives the option to install the upgrade software?
I chose not to install this one considering I am doing a fresh install with a new code.
Will I be limited to not get a notification for CMUD when it releases or is that tool just to assist in upgrading to 7.21? |

Nope, you will be fine with CMUD. That tool is just to assist upgrading from the previous eLicense versions of zMUD. Those upgrade tools end up installing eLicense if you run them, so they will eventually be removed from the installer options anyway (or at least set to not install by default). So, you did the right thing.
