error with tts engine

i installed the mudreader plugin and im running the latest version of zmud (7.13b) i also had the problem with version 7.11
i get this erro when ever i try to use any of the mudreader commands
The TTS engine failed to load - Mud Reader functions are not available.
im running windows xp pro sp2
please help |
