Can you color a all items in a list with one trigger?

like if i added the names of all my friends to one variable in a list, is there a way that i can simply make one trigger to color every name in the list rather then making an idividual trigger for each name?

The %q's are there to make sure it doesn't color the Ros part of Rose, etc. (IE, make it match a full word) |
