There's a section for avatars at the very bottom of that page, but I've never seen anything in the lists and I haven't tried to upload or link to a site yet.
I seem to recall something about avatars being a staff-only/specially approved (ie, Zugg considers you an asset even though you may not be anything more official than a paid user) thing, but since I'm only going off the recall of a post I might have skimmed over one day I wouldn't exactly call me a reliable source of information. |
