Hi all just have a basic question on how to copy a map section from one zone to another, I drag a window over the area I want and right click to open the window and select copy, then switch to the new zone but cant get a window to open with the paste command. Im sure its something pretty simple but I cant find it as yet. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Hi

After highlighting the rooms, instead of right clicking you can use CTRL-Z. Make sure you're in map mode.

CTRL-Z will allow you to move rooms to another zone. Be warned, it moves them to the same level on the new zone that they were in the old zone, so you may also need to use CTRL-M to move them up and down before adjusting them to where you want.

Yea that moves the areas into another zone but I need a copy of the areas Im highlighting. I have a map of a big area and want to copy a section of the big map into a seperate zone but dont want to cut it out of the big zone just copy and move the highlighted area without removing it.

Just to add something to this problem, I'm trying to move a single room with 6 zone exits from one zone to another.
I've tried deleting the zone, and selecting to copy the rooms to another zone, but that does nothing.
I've tried copying and pasting, and cutting and pasting from one to the other, but nothing happens.
Short of making the room, and relinking to all 6 zones, what am i missing here?
