#find question

I have looked all over in the forum and help file and found nothing so...

is it possible to have the #find command use room description to match the room rather than the room name...in older versions of zmud a list would pop up of all the rooms with the same ame...not if I use the #find command in say a maze where all the rooms have the same name nothing happens. The help five says:

"In the second command format (without parameters), it finds the current location on the map. Issues the MUD Look command and compares the current MUD room description with the map database and sets the map location to the matching room."

I assume it means that it matches just the room name and not the whole desc.

any help is appreciated.

I believe #FIND uses the 'speedwalk' settings in you map configuration to determine what to match on. It may also take into account the new setting for room descriptions "Room Description changes". You can try adjusting these settings to get the behavior you want without affecting your ability to map accurately.

Thanks for the help, but every option setting that I try does not prodce the desired results...is it even possible to have the #find command use the room desc to match rooms?
