Trigger when false

How do i make a trigger that fires only when something is false?
For example,

-Chamber of Insects-
You see player here. *blue*
You see monster here.

i want to make the trigger fire ONLY when there arn't any lines
that are blue.

this script is mainly used to disable some of my scripts when there is another player in the room.

if you can even post another link for me to go to or a search query it would be most appreciated.

Open up the Settings Editor page for Triggers. Create a new trigger, and go to Options for it. Select Ansi Trigger.
Copy a letter in the different colors, and paste it into the Pattern, to get the different Ansi codes for your Mud.
Put the trigger pattern together like: {%e[31m|%e[33m}
So that every time you receive an ansi code that is NOT blue, it'll fire the trigger.
