I like to play more than one MUD at a time. It used to work fine on my old Zmud... there was a master window which contained smaller interior windows, a command line and tabs.

Now, however, I have windows everywhere. Some have command lines, some don't. Some I can't get to because others come to the front when my mouse gets near. I have a command line that isn't attached to anything, that sends carriage returns only no matter what I type. The Zmud menus are off on their own and the desktop shows through to make the confusion complete.

WTF? Is there a legacy interface I can use?

More or less got this under control. It ain't as pretty as I'd hoped, but at least I can use at least one command line per window and they're relatively close to one another :}
