I downloaded the 6.62 version of Zmud, and I can't find where my registration number is... Can you tell me where it is located?

Click on the Lost Registration Code link in the Support menu at the top of this page. It has instructions on determining your reg code.

Zugg is there a way to use the credit card number I paid with to retrieve my registration code. There are 3 or 4 addresses I could have used and I don't remember which I used. Or should I just submit all of them?

Nope, we don't store credit card numbers (for obvious security reasons). You'll have to just email us with the different addresses and Chiara can look them up in our database.
