Blank or white windows

Hello...
While I edited some aliases, my window went blank. I could barely see the last line of my macro, but everything else was blank (instead of having the textlines) I can't browse through my aliases or anything else.
HELP!!!!!!!
What has happened, and how do I fix it? I'm desperate

Delete the settings.dok file in your zMUD directory.
