Blank spaces

I need something like: "drink health (a lot of spaces) drink mana", but zMUD cuts all my spaces. What can I do?

The forum cuts spaces. zMUD doesn't. There shouldn't be a problem putting any number of spaces desired in the middle of a line.

What you probably want can be achieved with something like this:
drink health ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ drink mana
The tilde prevents the spaces from being cut. People use this for two-line illusions and such. |

Even that seems unnecessary. I've tried inserting everywhere from 1 to 101 spaces, by 10s, between "drink health" and "drink mana". I did not use any tildes. All my spaces showed up.
zMUD doesn't cut spaces in the middle of the line! |

Sorry, Lightbulb. It appears to be our mud that's doing it. Either way, the tilde stops it.
