Zmud unable to open databases?

When I try to launch Zmud, I get a popup that says 'Fatal Error: Unable to load databases from C:Zmud' or something similar. Anyone know what's causing this? I've uninstalled and reinstalled. This is my second computer and I don't use it much, but would still like to have this working. Thanks for any help that can be provided.
Oh, it's ver 7.05 and I'm on a P4 with WinXP if that helps. |

Ok, now I've uninstalled, manually deleted the Zmud directory and reinstaled. And now I get a popup with something about 'Unable to call the specified procedure.' And then it hangs on up the splash screen while initializing the Main Module.

Sorry, just noticed Vijilante's reply to 'interface.' I don't believe this computer has administrative privileges and have no idea how to change that, but I'll try to figure it out.
