Setting multiple variables at once

Is there a way to set multiple variables to the same value in one command?

It happens regularly that I'll want to initialize a batch of variables, and multiple lines of #VAR var1 0;#VAR var2 0;#VAR var3 0 seems inefficient.

I was looking for something like #VAR {var1|var2|var3} 0, but can't seem to find any syntax that allows for something like that.

The #RESET command can be used to initialize variables to their default values, either by class or all variables. Other than that, variables must be set individually.
