problem in zmud.exe 6.62
 
ok i had a brown out, now my zmud won't work

i get this error:

ZMUD.EXE !
Sorry, could not get a license at this time. Please try running this program later.

this is the first and last prompt.

i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and i still get the same error.

I am using windows ME

Try making sure you do not have any elicenses on your computer that may not be 'real' zmud licenses. Also, if you have licensed it, try unlicensing it and the relicense.

Doesn't he need to contact eLicense tech support for a code-23 error?

This problem occurred in older versions of AC Explorer. You need to first contact eLicense at support@elicense.com and ask them to send you their diagnostic program to fix a code 23 error. Then, run the program they sent you to clear the error. Then upgrade to the latest version of AC Explorer to prevent this from happening again.

From the eLicense FAQ in the Support Library (see the Support link above). It applies equally to zMUD.
