Retrieval of license failed with error code = 17 |
"All renewal licenses are currently active- nolicense is available at this time"
Can anyone brief me into how I can deactivate an active license? I had system problems and had to remove Zmud, after attempting to re-register this happens. Any ideas, tips, or fixes? |

You could contact eLicense or Zuggsoft's support, explain how you came to loose your three licenses and ask nicely that one of them is expired for you.
