Screen Layout

I cant seem to get my Screen Layout to save how i want it to it always loads the windows in the wrong spots is there a way to fix this? i put a picture of my prompt on my homepage incase you need to see it let me know plz

Position the windows where you want them, save the settings of all the windows (select each one and click on Settings|Save), then save the Layout (Layout|Save Layout).

Yeah, right click on the output area of the ones you don't want to have the command prompt and status bar and disable these two under Window Options. Then, be sure to save the settings of these windows again.
