A File question, And about buttons as well...

Alright my first question is about files...
I want to know how is it possible for me to count the number of lines in a file?
Also, about buttons, I have a set of buttons on the top of the screen (under the screen tabs). But I also want buttons to be on the bottom, so I will have 2 groups of buttons, how would I do that? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

To count how many lines there are in a file, use the %filesize function.
To have another group of buttons, just create a new button and in the Position/Size tab, change the Location Panel number and position.
