help with spacing

I'm trying to make a few triggers. I can either make about 20 triggers for the same basic thing, or hopefully theres a way to capture white space and ignore it, sorta like %w gets a word or %n get a num, is there a %something that gets only space? also how do I get into the beta forums, I tried looking for the aplication thing like it says in overview for forums, but I must be blind or something. Thx.
