If you go to the store side of the website and log in, you should be able to retrieve the key from your order history.
Make sure to double-check your email junk folders. |

Yea, I've tried that every time it says sent and I can't find it in my junk mail, nor my main email. At this time hoping the developers can help, if it's an issue unique to mine.
