Problem with purchase

Hello,
tried to buy CMUD, but it seems the order did not get through correctly as it vanished shortly after payment from the order history.
Now I tried to reach the developer via email or support contact forum, and only thing I get is:
Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; delivery temporarily suspended: connect to
mx-core-01.wolfpaw.net[204.209.44.106]: No route to host
So, anyone knows if there is any other way to get in contact before I will have to tell the bank to cancel the money order? |

Chiara is usually very quick about dealing with such issues. I can only guess that there is a problem with the email server that has not been noticed. Keep trying to email support@zuggsoft.com

And let us know how it goes. I was about to download and try Cmud since it appears to be more up to date than Zmud, i'm a prior zmud owner/user.
