Mapper Incorrectly Capturing Room Description |
Hello All,
I'm currently having an issue with the mapper capturing the correct room descriptions. The problem is this.
The mud which I am playing displays all the room items before the room exits. So the mapper is also capturing everything inside the room along with the description. Is it possible for me to capture the description by colour instead of by the exit line?
Thanks much! |

You can use the #tag command in a trigger to specify what the line is.

More detail about your room info is needed, preferably in the form of actual output (with color as best as can be managed via the forum capabilities, if you can't just post a picture). Room descriptions and room items/mobs/players tend to be the most freeform pieces of data in the whole LOOK output, so usually the best way to capture them via #TAG is to identify what's around them. This won't work so well if the problem is that two hard-to-identify sections are adjacent to each other.
