CMUD uses various Windows functions and libraries. As such, it certainly won't run natively under Chrome. You would need some type of emulator to provide the windows functionality (such as Wine does for Linux, and which does in fact allow CMUD to run under different versions of that OS). I do not believe that there is such an emulator available at this point.
