Please help with a #SUB command question!

I am basically trying to create a large database within my zmud 7.21 to tell me what each potion/scroll/etc. does from certain shops, then assign a command to make it easier to do this. Can anyone point me in the direction I'm trying to go? Here's an example with a piece of text from my mud (Carrion Fields)

PROTECTED civilized <100%hp 100%m 100%mv 2000tnl (50.00%)> list
The shop's hours are 12 AM until 6 PM.
The shopkeeper will purchase: wand talisman

[Lv Price] Item (Type)
[30 6250] staff of deathgrip (talisman)
[25 520] a wand of lightning (wand)
[15 4375] a heavy wooden staff of water-breathing (talisman)
[15 7500] a heavy wooden staff of flying (talisman)
[ 5 341] a ring of protection (treasure)
[10 2500] a potion of return (potion)

And I'm wanting to use "assign" as a command to do assign a potion of return to tell me it is word of recall, so when I list in the shop it comes up.....

Thank you so much!
