[3.31] Text editor BUG

The text editor (CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER) if docked either in a split screen manner or to the main window where you have to select it's tab to make it show, will not scroll with the mouse wheel.
To reproduce:
1. Open untitled session.
2. Open the editor (CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER)
3. Fill editor with some random bs that takes up more than the screen will display or open a large text file.
4. Dock the editor and try to scroll using the mouse wheel. (Nothing will happen)
5. Undock the editor and you should be able to scroll fine. |
