Default language in editor window

Is there a way to change the default language in the editor window with CmudPro, opening ftp files and such into richtext then having to change the language for each file is a pain, and makes me not want to actually get cmud pro....

What version of CMUD are you using? The latest v3.31 will set the language in the Editor window based upon the file extension of the FTP file. The languages.ini file contains the file extension settings.

I'm using CMUD v3.31 the file extensions are .c which in the language.ini file shows should be C/C++ but they're still opening to Rich Text.

Hmm, that's odd. In the Editor if you just use File/Open to open a *.c file does it work then?

If i use File->Open or just the open icon for a *.c file it works fine, but when choosing edit from either right-click or the icon atop the ftp window it opens the *.c files in Rich Text.

OK, thanks for the info. I'll add that to the bug list.
