i noticed sometimes that packages that i do not want to work on other packages still do, if that makes sense, eg, ill go to package A and unclick package B, ill save all changes with file save then ill do #save, then if i close down cmud and re-open it package B will be rechecked for package A ... i dont know if its something im doing, but it gets annoying going through about 10 packages and unclicking them all
