scrollback idiocy

I feel like a moron because I have answered this question before but I can't find my answer. My window has no scrollbar. If I scroll back, the entire screen does so and I can't see anything that is going on. If the scroll bar is all the way at the bottom of the window, I cannot seem to grab it to adjust it. Help please. Thanks.

I believe the answer was to click on Layout->Reset Windows->Current MUD Window
This has never happened to me, so I'm not sure this is the fix to it.

Not saying that I know much about Zmud, because I don't, but first try clicking on the button in the very bottom right corner (has a blue line on it). ALso, you might make sure that your window buffer is set more than like the 60 lines you can see.
