Question

Is it possible to enable a log in cMUD to log everything it sees, and then view the log?

"To log everything it sees" as in "to log the exact data being sent to CMUD" - see the #debugfile command. Beware this this'll record things like your password.

If you want to record everything you see, use #log and create a trigger to run it on startup.

Much Thanks, This'll make tricky arguments easier. How do i view the log, and will this record stuff cMUD receives?

Just open the resulting files in notepad or your text editor of choice. I can't remember whether they're created in your install directory or the CMUD directory, have a search.
