[2.18] OnDisconnect called when not connected (reconnecting)
 
If a connection to a server fails the OnDisconnect event will be raised even if there was no connection previously made (in the case of reconnecting over and over).

Yeah, it has always been that way. I happen to agree the OnDisconnect should only occur when an established connection is lost.

Yes, and I would suggest maybe adding another event OnReconnect or so in place of this.

I think part of it is that OnConnect is called ahead of an actual connection. If I remember the timing right OnConnect gets called at the initiation of an attempt to connect, both really need to match the actual status. I might have to test onConnect again, it has been a very long time since I checked just when it gets called. I am sure about OnDisconnect though since that was always my more involved script of the 2.
