Main window draw problem

When I open a window which covers the whole portion of the screen like a mapper, I lose the main window to the blank screen of grey with no possibility of it being restored. Also when I start the session when I connect the window starts greyed out as well, only when I move the scoll wheel of my mouse does the window get drawn. It seems I don't get this problem with ZMud.

This happens to me sometimes as well, and I think it has to do with a corrupted layout file. You can hold shift and then click on your session to not load the layout and make a new one from scratch and save that one. Also after doing this you need to close/reload the session to save the layout and I would recommend unchecking auto-save layout after getting it right. Additionally, maybe a save layout option should be placed on the layout menu?

You can use the #save command to force a layout save.
