any quick way to disable alt key?
 
Keep on opening menus and stuff mid typing... Any ways to disable alt key?

Since it's part of the OS itself I don't think you can.

The only thing I can think of is to re-map the key at the driver or OS level. For windows I don't think there's a ready way to do that, but depending on your keyboard your drivers may allow you to do so.

Either I would not recommend you do so, instead focus on being a more careful typist.

I made a few macros with no code to override some of the things I was accedently opening.

Prefs/User Interface/Command Line/Macros override menu shortcuts needs to be on.
