Problems with the ZMUD mapper on the Shadows of Isildur MUD

Yeah, I'm totally clueless when it comes to this stuff, and the mapper doesn't auto-configure properly, I tried a manual configuration, but that gives me more problems. Anyone have any ideas?

Use #TAG triggers. #TAG triggers are just regular triggers that match your room information, and use #TAG whatever to tell the mapper "this is a room (whatever)".

Once you get the #TAGs right, you'll then have to use #NOMAP and #NODIR to force ZMud to avoid using non-room text.

No other help is likely to be forthcoming without more information, however--like what your room info looks like.

Inside a Rope-Walled Sparring Ring
Exits: west

This raised structure appears to be newer that the surrounding
courtyard, though signs of age are still apparent by the frayed
rope which rings around the sandy wooden floor. With an open
roof, there is no respite from the elements, though the rope
walls allow for a calm breeze to pass through whenever the wind
blows. About twenty paces across, there is ample room afforded
in this space to participate in large or small engagements.

A pinewood weapons rack stands here.

That's a typical SoI room layout

Thankyou for the help that you gave. I will try it..
