[1.13] Enter on blank line not sending carriage return

I thought there was an option in this for zmud, perhaps I've missed it in the options here. I seem to recall in 1.12 when I hit enter on a blank line, it sent a carriage return to the mud, but it's not doing it now.

Chandler Mike has also noticed this behaviour.

It sounds like a bug has been introduced to the command line parser.

Await confirmation from Zugg.

I just noticed that tonight also. Couldn't interrupt the muds timeout feature without sending an actual command :( Had to change my trig to check the who list.

Well something somewhat related, I will sometimes get it so that when I hit enter even with my cmd in the cmd line it won't go through till I hit enter 2x.

Yes, this is a new bug in 1.13. It's been added to the bug list.

It did it for me in 1.12 as well... Glad to know somebody's aware of it, though! :D
