MXP problems

Anyone else run into any issues with the commands to be executed going to the wrong WINDOW?

I have a window set up with click commands and when I press it, instead of going to the Mud Window it goes to the one with the MXP codes.

Can this be modified using the options? Smile

I've found that by starting a new session and writing the same code over again tends to alleviate strange glitches. Any advice on problems with CMUD?

Specify which window you want to send the command using :windowname: syntax. This is proper behavior for MXP, because the act of clicking anything in a particular window causes that window to receive focus. Most of the time there are little things like :windowname: that let you force the issue, but because it's not the main window chances are any scripting that uses mapper- or gmcp-related functions will return wrong results.
