Com Objects

How do I know all the com objects in a database?
Yeah.. thanks.

Like..
ExitTbl.ExitId

How do I find that out?

I read this guide:
http://www.zuggsoft.com/zmud/com.htm

I look for documentation. But I can't find any for databases and map.
At this moment, I just want to know how you are supposed to figure things out like ExitTbl.ExitId
How did someone know that %zmud.zMUDVersion has a value of 721? (In my case)
How they knew that, how they figured that out, is the same knowledge I would like to have.
I know I have to use sql.. I know that I can use %comcreate..
But what I don't know is how anyone figures this out or finds the information. Thanks.
