Tab complete line options?

There should be an option to make tabs pressed with cursor to the right of a space character, cycle through most recently typed commands to complete the line.
Is this possible to achieve with a CMud script, if no other way? Is there an option for tab to always complete lines that way? |

You actually do this in CMUD using the up-arrow key to recall commands that start with the text you have already entered. The tab key is used to complete the command line based upon text in the MUD window and not from previous commands.
