Modal Dialog Box has focus but is invisible after CMUD loses focus.

Sorry if this is a duplicate
Open CMUD hit ESC for a blank session.
hit control CTRL+L to bring up Append to log Dialog box;
Click on another program or click on desktop so CMUD loses focus.
Click back on CMUD. the Dialog box still has focus but is not visible. |

Confirmed. I remember seeing this quite some time ago (early on in 2.xx betas, but I had other issues going so I forgot all about it.)
