[1.18] Module publish setting

This is a small issue. With the new publish radio buttons if you change the selection cmud does not save the change. The save changes button stays grayed out and clicking on another setting or class does not seem to save the change.

Selecting and then deselecting a enabled module then saving seems to be required for a workaround.

Confirmed - the settings only changed if you can contrive a way to click the "save settings" button - if you don't click it and do something else in the editor, your option is lost. The workaround I found was to change the name of the module, change it back, then change the setting and save it.
