[1.15]inconsistent resize hit area

When I open the editor, and try to resize the window by click dragging at the lower right corner when the diagonal drag cursor shows up, it doesn't work unless I drag from right at the edge of the window, even though the cursor would show up inside the small box in the corner

I cannot reproduce this. Can you show me a screenshot of this happening? Is the editor docked or floating? Did you just click the Editor button in the toolbar to open it? What other windows are open under the editor?
